Distributor arrogant behaviou

There is a distributor of airtel sim card, he has an airtel outlet shop at bhiwandi district thane near shivaji chowk in front of hafiz ki mazar, the distributor's name is Mr.parag and his contact no.is 0902997119.I went there for purchasing sim, he gave me sim of number 860023720 form.he took my id and made me fill the form in the name of Rana Noor Ansari, this number was someone elses, when my service was not activated i asked him so he admitted that it was a mistake and told me to transfer my number and activate the sim in 2 days. B ut when I again went there his behaviour was very arrogant and he misbehaved with me. He said that do whtever you can. He has an airtel outlet and his behaviour is not at all appropriate. Please take some action against him.
