I chose a gift from the shop which was having a price tag and was placed at a particular place in the box. I asked the shop owner to gift pack it and while he was doing so he replaced the similar looking costlier item and placed in the place from where mine lower cost item was placed and then he asked me 100rs extra for the item which i had chosen saying that i had chosen the costlier one and also showing the the void in the box where the costlier item was placed and which he has put in the void created with mine actually chosen item. He then refused to give me the item after we had a heated argument. please look into the matter.
