Did not receive PF

I wonder if any high official is reading this compalint or it is just for show. If find that most all of the complaints entered by people who have suffered at the hands of the government are not attended to or even looked at.

Well, i applied for PF Ac: TN/49694/61064 in the year of 2010. people who were concerned asked me to wait for 3 months in order to obtained the money. Now it is more than that. There is no use of calling the office, the phone line is either busy for hours together or just ringing continuosly with out some one answering it. if in case some one takes the call, it is just transfered and the same line is again left unasnwered. I dont have time to reach their office which is far away. why cant i settle things over phone? I called my bank (Axis), for information of any credit over the last few months, the toll free number behind the debit card (3 of them) kept ringing for a long time. tried 8 times after intrevals of half hour. No use.the EPF website saus 'Your Claim Not Received by this Office! '

I need to know what to do and whom to see, please do advice.
