Abnormal Delay in rectifying defects

Water purifier NOVA of Aquaguard (Eureka Forbes) is defective since the last forty five days. It is under maintenance contract upto June. It is experienced that the company rep is not attending the complaints. Though I made several complaints to their CHENGANNUR branch nothing happened. The company should either (i) set the equipment workable immediately and extend my service contract for 45 days; (or) (ii) refund cost of the equipment along with contract amount with interest.
