Water filter not in working condition

My Water filter has stopped working for more than 10 days. I had registered a complaint with the customer care on 28/12 and was given a registration No. 89328930 with an assurance that it will be attended within 2 days. However, till date the problem still stands unattended. I tried calling the Sr. Manager (Services) one Mr. Manoj whose Cell No. is 9321525757 to voice my griveance but he simply keeps my call on hold and makes me talk to a technician who in turn promises to attend to the problem immediately but has not attended to it till date. This happened on two occasion i.e. on 31.12.2009 and thereafter on 02.01.2010. I really do not know why a Sr. Manager like Mr. Manoj cannot get the technician to attend to the problem. Either he, himself is incompetent or he thinks the customer is a fool. I am totally disgusted with the service of Eureka Forbes who are all the time cheating the customers and go scot free. I think the higher authorities have to be more responsible or else just quit the job.
