Dear Sir / Madam,

This is regarding the poor response and negligence of your team at Pune.

I am staying at Kothrud, Pune. I have paid service contract amount of Rs.1840.00 on 20 / 03 for two years. (Receipt No.16603059, Dt.20 / 03/ 2009) I have been contacting your service center on 020-25420531 & on 09766329042 - at Dahanukar Colony & 020 -25360066 at Mahatma Society. On both the numbers i have registered my complaints. Nobody is attending.

Since 20 /03 no body has responded to our requests. No one turned to my house since 20/03 to see what is happening to my Aqua Guard. Please note - You are responsible if one falls sick due to water problems. Do you want us to approach Consumer Forum? I request you to kindly refund my money or extend my service contract dates. And advise your service centre head to attend customers.

Dear Sir / Madam,

It seems, in spite of several request mails and telephonic conversations, eureka forbes is not interested in providing my rightful services.

Do i have to assume that the company is not bothered - to attend mails-complaints, - to keep promises, and let the end user customer to face problems.

You are behaving one sided and very adamant. You are not even responding my mails since may. Nobody from your side is interested in resolving the issue.

You are requested to kindly take a note, that, if you don't attend my complaint, You will be responsible for the results, if i take further action to protect my consumer rights.

Again I request You to kindly attend my aqua guard services complaints as per my previous and attached mails, before i take further action.

Please send your mechanic-service man to service my aqua guard.

Mr. Jadhavrao from Pune called me on 15.09. in the morning. He was asking me why are you writing all these mails? All these mails are coming to me. Further he added, he will not provide me any services unless i pay.

Since then (20.03.2009) nobody has turned to my house.

ARE YOU NOT INTERESTED IN PROVIDING ME THE SERVICES FOR WHICH I HAVE PAID MONEY?

IS THIS THE COMPANY POLICY TO NEGLECT CUSTOMERS SO BEHAVING?

You are just tossing the matter and killing time.
