About servicing

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchased a water purifier from kocher enterprises Contact no.9414136982 bikaner (rajasthan) on 23/10.On completion of three months one of their servicing rep came to my house for servicing. He has only emptied the transparent chamber and cleaned it by a cloth and fitted back.when asked about the sediment filters cleaning, he cleaverly made me understood that no filters to be cleaned in servicing. Interestingly when i enquired to my friends who have taken the same plants they told that the same rep cleaned their filter too. I want to conform from the company, what is the correct proceedure of subject servicing?
