Sir/Madam,

I write this complaint to make it reach the ears of authorities that The Aquaguard Forbes Company is not at all concerned about customer complaints registered with them. It was a great mistake on part of our institution that we installed an aquagaurd R-O System.(dated22-8-09) Sl. No. D09-6011083. I would like the concerned auth. to take necessary steps for quick look into the matter. The service is due for over five months now, and at an institution like ours it becomes a difficult situation. The company pays no heed to our repeated complaints. We at St. Thomas Orthodox Seminary are sorry for installing a Eureka forbes product.
