Not providing the due services

Our water purifier of Classical make is under AMC with the EUREKA FORBES vide receipt number--18016236 dated 29/7 for three years and was due for servicing for the month of February. No services has been provided by the vendor despite repeated calls to the vendor at B-6/9 Safdarjung Enclave New Delhi. Even a complaint number LS- 46 has been registered with their head office at phone number 30674952 on 7th April and further take up the issue with their higher officers Shri Ashwani Tripathi and Mr Dhir (owner of safdarjung acquaguard agency--9811005902) but to no avail. Kindly help me.
