Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that we entered into an Annual Maintenance Contract with you vide contract receipt number 51 00008074 for our water purifier Reviva (RO), unit SI No 3001868. In spite of the written contact with you your representative did not pay visits for the maintenance of the machine. In the meantime we had tried several times to your local service centre as well as on the all available phone numbers with this contract letter, but my all efforts went in vain. As a result not only the machine stopped working but we faced lots of problem, physical and mental harassment.

You are therefore requested to refund the payment of Rs.3660.00 (three thousand six hundred and sixty only) as well as pay the damages made due to the negligence on your part within 7 days of receipt of this letter failing which we will be compelled to take all appropriate action including legal.
