I went for revewing my AMC from Eureka Forbes. Times Enterprises, Shipra Rivera Representative came & collected cheque rs 2850/- from me on 03-Jul. The cheque has already debited from my A/c. But, they have not replaced filters till date (09-Sep-10). One day, Representative came & give to me following things with broken seal (seems used ones):

1> membrane.

2> Post carbon filter.

Can any Senior official hear my concern and get my problem resolved.
