An Inverter of APC HI800SQ along with 120AH Exide battery was purchased and installed from you on 22/10, initially it was working well but later the battery backup started coming down and a complaint was made to exide customer care but immediately I got the reply saying that it is attended and closed and dealer is not taking any responsibility and since then it is kept unused.
Please arrange to replace the faulty battery before 22/10/10 (warranty expire date)
