Not delivering the product after full payment

I had made the full payment for IFB washing machine at EZONE, Rajajinagar, Bangalore on 14/08 vide-Receipt no-2050015548.As per commitment by the showroom the product would be delivered within 48 hours.
But after 20 days also, the item has not been delivered even after repeated request.
