Late Delivery of Cylinde

On 23.07. I had booked a cylinder with Sukhdev Vihar gas agency –in Sukhdev Vihar Gas Service 18, Masih Garh, Sukhdev Vihar New Delhi My consumer number is 5900 Gas booking No. - Not given. Till date, the same is not delivered to me. When I called up the agency to enquirer about it, the staff didn’t provide any proper information about it, they were not even ready to talk for more than few seconds. Also the guy (Saleem) who supplies the Gas door to door behaves very badly. I have only single cylinder connection.
