Efund of money for non delivery of products

Hi,

This is very bad experience with this third class company they didn't deliver my product and not ready to refund my money its almost 1 month . i called several times at the customer care no. (9212422000) seniors are not ready to heard my complaint and their customer care also harrase me.

arrange a call back for me within hours otherwise i will send legal notice for the non refund of payment & for the compenstion for harrasing me.
