Items were delivered in broken state and the cannot be used any further, I am shocked to know that instead of writing clearly on the Packing that package to be delivered is fragile and consist of Glass item not one in the entire courier company took it seriously. This was a pure irresponsible, casual and unprofessional attitude towards your customer and work and also shows the lack of quality of work.

I request that the company should provide the procedure (Complete Process) for delivering the fragile item, More over I believe that in view of the above mentioned the organization is liable to pay the compensation for the mishandling the delivery and the trauma caused due to the same.
