Consignment not recieved

My Consignment no. N09108129 which was dispatched from Guwahati on 19th Oct has not reached Bangalore till now. Its been ten days and nobody has shown even one ounce of concern from their company to look into the matter. I was given 10 different numbers to talk to 10 different people and guess what... no complain is even filed yet. The call centre people keep you on hold for 20 mins to say your consignment is still in transit. Of course i can see that on web tracking and thats why i m making a call to find out. I would have spent almost 200 rupees talking to their executives regarding this consignment. A hopeless company that charges for an overnight service and cannot find one consignment under their guidance which has been delayed for more than 10 days. HOW RIDICULOUS IS THAT!!!

PS: dont even try filling their support form on their website. Its a waste of time
