Nondelivery of Consignment

Sir,

A consignment bearing No. ZB2243905 was sent to my Home Address by NSDL through First Flight Couriers Pvt. Ltd. on 28 June. As per the records of the Courier Service the consignment reached Tinsukia (the nearest place from my home -- 40 km away --, where a counter of the Courier Service is present), on 4 July, but till date they have not delivered the consignment! That is, during a period of 10 days the Courier Service could not travel 40 km!! I even called them, but they did not bother to receive the call!

I fail to understand why First Flight Couriers Pvt. Ltd. received the consignment from NSDL when they are unable to travel 40 km in 10 days and deliver the same to me?!
