Fly phone (model:V80i Duo)
Service centre denied support even if warrenty of 3 days was left

I have warrenty till 08/07/10 that is till day after tomorrow on FLY company mobile phone (model: V80i Duo)

I went to the service centre today 06/07/10 of FLY phone in sectore 14 gurgaon named "SONI Cell Phone"

(shop no.2, near kendriya vidyalaya sector 14 gurgaon, just opposite officers enclave 54 ASP Air Force)

I was told that :-

1) the cell was a old model and had less than a year warrenty. but the manual says it has 12 years warrenty from warrenty or activation of mobile.

2) he further added that he will have to take permission to support the phone which takes 4 days, so that was one more reson why he couldnt support.

I made a vedio of him saying he wont support me even if 1-2 days are left in warrenty.

I told him that i would call on 100 number and go to consumer court, so i would need his name. but he did not tell.

Someone said his name was mahinder, but it may or may not be right.

I went to sector 14 gurgaon police station to lodge a complaint, so that i have a evidence that the issue happened today.

Police told me that i would have to go to consumer court as the dont write complaints for matters that dont have voilence indulgence.

Kindly help me.
