Poor Service, lake of responsibility

This is a fraud company. i'm Chetan Bhardwaj from delhi & m working in The Times of India, Film City, Noida. i'm a member (Card no. 64105) of Speed Car/Bike Helpline and registered a complaint to get my punctured Bike fix nearby mayur vihar phase-3. As they promise to resolve any complaint with in half an hour. But its been 37 hours yet and there has been no response. I have called them at least 20 times and they always say that some mechanic will reach with in 1 hour. when i call to the mechanic he said that he's on his way n come within15min. but no one come after hour n hour ago. n when i try that mechanic no. again its coming switched off. I have also asked to customer care to arrange a call with their manager, Ranjit. They have provided me their manager's no but he is not picking up the phone. Even they have made a remark along with complaint for manager to contact me. But there has been no response. Plus their attitude was attitude was not acceptable from the customer point of view. When i tell them that i've to filled a complain against u to consumer court... than the response of these jerk guys are "aapko jo karna hai kar lo". that is ridiculous. These online service providers just know how to fraud with public, cut their pockets and don't want to service them. I am extremely disappointed and disturbed by this company service. i suggest all the delhi NCR region people that please don't become the member of SPEED CAR BIKE HELPLINE / H.S. HELPNET.

Hope Consumer court will take necessary action ASAP regarding this matter.
