Do not attend to check air pressure

Dear sir,

I am associate professor of physics in an institution at alleppey. I am in an habit of filling petrol from the the civil supplies pump of ioc at alleppey. I think the free air to inflate tyre is also an essential service at the petrol pump. I get the service with good behaviour from all the other pumps except the one above. When ever ask to check the same they just tell that the concerned person is not there. I can see all the employees there usually present at all time. I think it is not fair to allow such a practice.
