Product not delivered

I have placed an order no 504059667 on 28th Jan but have not received it yet. The status shown online is always ready to ship.

I have also paid the amount through netbanking in advance. Inspite of their committed delivery time of 4- 5 days the item ordered has not even been shipped. So one could expect the kind of service that this vendor provides. I will have to think a lot before i make a repurchase from this online store.

The customer support team is always busy and we have to wait for hours to talk to them.By chance after several attempts i manage to speak with one of them on 1st Feb and they said that it will be shipped by the same evening. But today also the same status.

Not at all happy with their service.
