The shop named above is giving toffees in lieu of change of Re1/- (sorry for not putting new rupee sign). Item in lieu of money change is akin to buying it however no bill is being given for the toffees. Secondly, there is no MRP on the toffees being given which raises doubts about the genuineness of the product.
