N0 services after delivery within gurrantee period

Sir, I am doctor. I had started my new clinic, and for that 7 months ago i had purchased medical equipments from GANPATI MEDICAL EQUIPMENTS (add- #1208/5, street no 6, bhai himmat nagar, ludhiana. Punjab. Sir for last 3 months i am getting problem with equipments i had purchased. I had called many times to their concerned persons- Mr Ravinder ph 9814243466 and Mr Kalsi ph-9855127317 about promblem i am getting. In the starting they were saying we will come and rectify the fault but no response. Now they are not even recieving my calls. So please help me.
