Misled Instruction in the vouche

Hi,

I received gift vouchers of Garuda mall a very famous mall in Bangalore. As per the instructions given in the voucher it can be redeemed in all the shops of Garuda mall. But to my surprise when I tried to redeem it most of the shops declined it. The things which i was interested to buy I was not able to and I was left with fewer options also it was an embarrassment for me when they declined it outright at the billing counter.

These vouchers are given as gifts and now it is an embarrassment for preson who gave as wel as the person who received it.
