Too much delay in delivery

Sir,

I a consumer of your company, consumer no. is 6666 and the distributor name is Tripti Gas Service, Jagiroad, Pin-782410.For last six month this distributor has made a new rule that they will make delivery after one month on the date of booking, but for last two months they are not even able to make delivery after one month on the date of booking.

So, first I like to know that is there is any rule made by your company that delivery will be made after one month after booking and if so why this distributor is not able to make delivery after one month. My kind request is to help me and protect my consumer right because i am not at happy with this distributor on their delivery process. Kindly take some series action.
