Not working & bad customer care

We have purchased "Genpure" Dolphin RO water purifier. I had a complaint htet it's not purifying the water, i have contacted the dealer "Zodiac Power Systems " present in Kanchipuram & Cheyyar about this complaint on 14/09 but no response from them yet, we have contacted many times but no use. There aim is to sell the products and not worried about the customer. Bad Product & customer Care
