Gift360 La pearl 3pcs Travel Luggage set
Order no 18457 dated 12.10.2011 cancelled and the money paid through citibank credit card is not refunded

Online order was placed to gift360, Bangalore for supply of La Pearl 3pcs Travel Luggage set wide order no 18457 dated 12.10.2011. Payment was made online on citibank. Amount paid Rs 7494/- . On enquiry with the company over phone they informed that the particular goods requested is not available. Hence requested to cancel the order and to refund the amount paid towards the goods. They promised to refund the amount on several occasions. When we call on phone they disconnect the line after few minutes. Now I am requesting to take action against the company to refund the amount paid along with interest.
