Gilma Chimney Blast - Worst Customer Service

HI I purchased a Gilma Chimeny in october from gachibowli branch. While purchasing, they said its a life time warranty. After two months usage, suddenly some sound came from chimney and its burnt. I have raised a complaint to them. They have taken my chimney for repair and it almost two months completed. When I call them ask, they will say that maximum 48 hours we will repair and will give it to you. This is happening from last two months. So the users please dont but this chimney and its a worst service and no body will care of our problem
