Hi All,

I was working with this company GlobalInnovation.in Add- 141, Kailesh Nehru Nager, Nera Blue Bells International School, GK-1 New Delhi. I was there as a Business Developer. When i went there for interview they said salary is no issue you can get what you like, this is the main policy they always carry with them. i worked for one month 15days more and when the salary day comes they were not reacting for any thing, finally i asked them for my salary so they said we will give you but not what you are thinking, even they change there tongue and said we never commit you to give this xxx amount. My fault was that i had not asked to give my Joining latter as they always says that we will give after you joined and if we think you are good for our company we will issue your joining latter.

Think a man is working for any xyz company for more then 45days, all the convince he is bearing for his own pocket, once the 45days has been completed then he is not getting a single RP in his pocket then how could he can be survive in this high price city. Govt is always try to increase the price of bus fare, food, accommodation etc. I have only 2000rp ion my hand and i have to pay my room rent along with fooding.

I can't take any money from my home also, hence i am suffering from a solid money recession.

I only want that who so ever is operating this website please have a look on my concern and please show this complain in front of every one so no one can suffer what i am suffering.

They are 2partners one is Tushar Kshyap (9310150329) and another one is Mr Dippanker (9911324652), Tusshar says salary no issue and when the date comes then he says go to Dippanker and ask for salary.

There policy are when the money will come from the clients then only we will pay you, and not sure we will pay you what you are thinking. Too many other employes of that company have left the job just because they were not got the salary not even a single RP as they were working for them since 2-3months.

I request you all beware before join this Global Innovation.in as they will never pay you a single RP or may be half to half of the money what they committed you on the interview time.

Any Govt. Official is reading this complain then please have a look on this as i am not the only person who suffered from this there are many more also. We come here for earning some money not wasting the time, energy and money.

May be i can say only one line that if the same thing will happen with those or with your son and daughter what would be your reaction as your lovable one are alone in this city.
