Not Attending complaint in warranty period

Respected Honer,

We Took Godrej company A C On. Dated 06/08, after that that AC worked two days ffrom the purchasing.after stop the working we called AC Dealer he given to a help desk no. of godrej but they r not respondent to us as required. after 15 days their Tech. came at our office & he not solved the problem.

so, Plz look in this matter,
