Denied repair faulty product

I have purchased a Godrej ultra tri bolt in June which carries a manufacture warranty of 15 years is not working at all. I have lodged a complain on line with the co and got an assurance call that they will arrange to repair the faulty product and given their local representative Mr Shukla (M9971994324) no for followup. Mr shukla assured me to get my lock repaired on 11th March but nothing was done, on contacting him he replied in negative and denied to carry the work. I again registered a complain with the co vide complain no "SO 137806" on 12th March. I also agreed to pay Rs. 90/- as convene charge for .co person to visit my place and repair the lock as asked by their representative who registered my complain. Again on other day I got a call from co and ironically they again refused to provide the warranty service. On the next day I again receive a call from the co and again an assurance to get my product repaired but nothing is done.
