UPS problem unattended

We had bought an UPS from Godrej & Boyce Mfg Co. Ltd on 24.08.2010. The model descriptions are Sine wave Supreme 800VA UPS through invoive no: BOCG5W000935-0310.

The UPS developed a problem due to which the battery could not be charged.

A complaint was lodged by our dealer m/s Bengal Engineers on 30.05.12. A service man from your authorized service center RITA REFRIGERATION WORKS, Kolkata -700059 reported on 03.06.12 and informed that a PCB needs to be replaced. Since I am within the 2 years Guarantee period, the replacement and repair would be done at no extra cost.

However, despite repeated calls to the customer care, the PCB has not been replaced and the UPS remains defunct.
