Complaint against AC

m paramjit my num is 9876226114 we bought air conditioner from godrej on 02.08.2011. bt our ac is not working properly and we complaint so many times my 1st complain was on 31.05.2011 and complained number is 3105331924 and csn number is 321 and no seviceman came our home to checed ac bt copmany has closed our complained by saying that we didn't pick there call. after that i complained again on 05.06 2012 and there serviceman came to our home and he gave us reason that there is no problem in ac he told us that there is wire problem.we change our wire sysetm bt still the problem was same.after that we complain again on21.06.2012.and comlained number is Q2106334090 and csn is 217.we called unlimited times to local care office and company care center bt local care office didn't pick our call and we sent them sms by number 9653983153.bt they didn't give us any response.now i m completly mentaly disturbed by the company.now i want a strict action against comapny for giving me mentaly torture.i m fed up from campany's excues that our seviceman is coming within 24 hours bt till now no servicman came to our home after 96 hours.please help me in to teach them a lesson.
