Service Hopeless

Compliant No. - 2412838583 dated 24.12.2011

W.r.t. the above complaint No. I wish to inform that no action has been taken from the customer service centre to depute service engineer till date though complaint was registered on 24.12.2011.All the people interacted in the loop has given me nearly 5-6 telephone Nos to follow up. None of the contact nos. given have given a satisfactory response. Either the Phone is always busy or it is switched off or not reachable or no reply at all after making several calls.

The service rendered by your Godrej Customer care is hope less, we are facing probelm in our refrigerator from past one week & one Mr Praveen - 9986280337 when called on 22nd said he would revert to my no. but till now he has never had the courtesy to revert.

I have never seen such a nasty service provider in my life so far. I would definitely keep a track of all these & go to the consumer court & lodge a complaint agiant the supply of faulty product as the product purchased was only 1 year back (28.10.2010) but not there is no cooling effect. This sort of a probelm we have never come across in any of our earlier refrigerators bought.

I request the higher ups to take proper action & give proper instructions to all the employees to take immediate the matters with utmost concern & ask them to attend to the customer's complaint immediately.
