Extremely Poor Service

I have pad for a full year pest control service to Godrej Hi Care on the 22nd of Feb this year, post which I was given 1 service. This service was not usefull as I started seeing cockroaches in the house within 10days. I called thier customer care on teh 17th of march with teh complaint and was told that I would recieve a call from thier service center soon. Since then I have called thier customer careatleast 5 times between the 17th of March and 20th of April in which time they have not called me back even ONCE to take care of the problem.

When i asked to speak to the supervisor I was put in touch with a Ms Geeta who again re iterated that teh complaint had been forwarded and that i would get a call from teh servce center. Till now I have not recd any call.

The customer care refuses to make me speak to Geeta again, they are unable to give me any e mail ids, or phone numbers of the service center and refuse to provide me any service or return my money.

there is no way to get in touch with the organisation other than through theier customer care which is MOST UNHELPFUL.
