Godrej Locks
No installation for a week

Purchased 2 Godrej locks on 9-9-10 on the promise that Godrej installer will come and install within 24 hours. On 10-9-10 request with Godrej customercare was lodged when I was informed that one Mr. Sham Lal (Mobile No. 9911523854) will install the same on 11-9-10. But no body turned up. When contacted over phone, everyday he kept promising that he will come next day. Today one full week has elapsed and I am told that somebody will come and install tomorrow. There can no poorer service than this kind. I seem to have no option but to return the locks to the seller and if the latter fails to refund my money then I will have to parcel these locks to Godrej's MD and request for refund if they can afford.
