Current location: No 14A, Alwarkoil East Lane, Alwarkurichi, Pin 627412.Amabi Taluk, Tirunelveli district, Tamil Nadu. (Rural area)
Proposed location from the May: No 10/11, Suja apartments,
Kundalakesi Street, North Bypass Road, Vannarpettai, Tirunelveli 627003, Tamil Nadu.
01) Rerigerator
Model GDE 19B2 Serial No - 090651997. 5 Star
Date of Purchase - 4th August. From -Sri Andal Store, 5/12 B
Panchayat Board Street, Ambasamudram 627401, Tirunelveli District, Tamil Nadu. (Bill No 1166 Amount Rs 8, 800 vat @ 12.5% Rs 1, 100 = Rs 9, 900/-
After cut off when cooled, not starting for days.
The refrigerator has a loose screw in the back side top cover. This was
told to your authorised service agent "Plasma Electronics" at 71 C
Trivandrum Road, Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli 627002 during their Demo
visit on 8th August and during many of their visits, upto March. They fix it temperorily with some thermocole packing and not permenantly fixing to the body. The problem is not solved till today the 6th April.
02) Frost care
Bought from your authorised service agent "Plasma Electronics" at 71 C Trivandrum Road, Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli 627002 during the Demo visit on 8th August. Ser. No - 090651997. PC - 2 EOC P1. Paid Rs 900/-. Ref No - 366007.
If connected, puts the refrigerator off for ever. Do not start again.
03) Fridge cover
Bought from your authorised service agent "Plasma Electronics" at 71 C Trivandrum Road, Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli 627002 during the Demo visit on 8th August. Paid Rs 250/=
After 1 wash, it was shattered into pieces.
05) Request
Please replace the fridge and Frost care, with a good quality pieces.
Refund Rs 250/= paid for the cover.
06. Inference
Godrej sells low-quality products. Authorised agents also sell low
quality products. Services are made up to cover the defects and bad
supplies. Godrej their product agents their authorised service agents jointly
cheat the rural customers.
