GODREJ SPLIT AC(MIRRIR)
FAULTY REMOTE

Hello,

I Purchased a Godrej split AC (mirror) on 27/03 from Girias (Brigade Road),

The salesman advised to buy Godrej AC pitching on the customer service, however the remote was not functioning properly, and the peron who came for installation asked to change the batteries,

After the battries were changed the Remote stopped functioning completely!!!

i called the customer service they took 3 days to come on repeated reminders, and when the technition comes for a visit he says remote sensor is gone and we need to pay Rs 1500/- to get it replaced, he offers the same remote for Rs 1000/- if i purchase this offline.

This is absolutely not acceptable, the remote has not fallen down, this is all a trap, i will never buy a Godrej product in my life again!
