Credit card swiped two times

I have bought grocerry products of rs. 427.00 as on 24th april from Big Bazar store in P&M mall at Patna and made payment through my HDFC bank credit card. On the cash counter, cashier swiped my card and said it is connectivity error. Again he swiped with the same amount and payment is confirmed. When I saw my credit card transactions of on net banking then I found that the same amount is swiped twice. I told them and they asked me to give some time. I have send more than half dozen mail on their mail i.e. share with us @fvrl.in and till date, my matter is unsolved.

Matter is not the money here but the matter is reputation of the organization. If future group is taking so much time who are so called pioneer in retail market then what else can be expected from others.
