Belt Not Working

Dear sir,

I have purchase the the product from GTM Teleshoppind, Indore. Producr is Speedofit recive date is 7/11 (Post) the belt is not working now i can coll his coll center to exchange my product becouse when i purchase the belt his costomer care excutive says if the belt is not working with in six month you have to excange you productb but now his coustomer care can say we can not able to exchange you products your product greante is only 30 day. please do the some thing in this metter and take the action on GTM Teleshopping Company.
