Not standing upto your promise

Hello sir/madam,

we bought a LCD TV from pantaloons retail india, Bhubaneswar, Orissa during diwali time on 16 october and the e-zone said that we will get a .5gm gold coin and a steel matfinish dinner set as diwali gift.

But as they are running short of stock so they will provide us after 15 days.

since that date 2 months have passed and we didn't get our hampers.

This is really sad to say that being such a big and long chain of stores, Pantaloons is doing such irregularities.

if we don't get our stuffs within next week then we will preferably go to the consumer forum to lodge a complain about pantaloons India.
