Prolonged delay in Delivery

I have booked Honda product Shine, Grey color, Alloy wheel & Drum break on 12-11. Till now they haven't confirmed the delivery of the vehicle. I have made many personal visit to their showroom and asked about the delivery status. But none of them gave reply and they give one answer is that "As soon as we get the vehicle they will inform me". To my knowledge five month is a large delay and grave negligence. Secondly they are very keen to ask full payment before delivery commitment. During booking they told me by verbal that RS. 1000 as token advance rest against delivery. Once took our advance they started asking full payment. I feel that they are playing with innocent customer's money!

I have verified from their delivery record that they have delivered vehicles for December'11 & Jan'12 booking!
