I have purchased a MICROTEK UPS Model UPSEB600 Serial Number: 10BGANB425012 from SAI RISHI CORPORATION Chennai vide Invoice No.115 dated 07.05.2010.

The UPS is not functioning now the service person from Microtek not able to rectify. The MICROTEK company should replace the product immediately since it is within the warranty.
