FACE THREE MONTH PROBLEM DUE TO HCL SERVICE

Dear Sir,

I am Ravindra Pratap Singh I had purchased a New Laptop Model No-HCL ICON ME M-54 and serial No is B101AE430516 on Feb. It was not working properly from THREE MONTH. I had given to the HCL Service center for repairing in the month of Oct. Complain No is 8400050337. After that it works only one day then again its not working second complain no is 8400054851.Third Complain No- 8400057907 At now complain No is 8400072116 on dated- 21-11, its on service center, but there is not any positive response by the customer care executive. Basically Problem in laptop is "MOTHER BOARD". Your service executive not repaired till now. Pls tell me what I can do. It affects company Name. I request you please solve my problem as soon as possible.
