Material not received till date

Sir,

This is to register a complaint against the HCL Store India. On 29-Mar i have purchased an online HCL Gaming console of Rs.1575 including of shipping charges. This was supposed to be delivered on next 5~6 working days. Already this is now almost more than 15 days but still material is not received. There was a number 91-9711777722 where somebody told me that it will be reaching to your shipping address but nothing happened till date.
