Not Working of Picture Tube

Dear Sir,

My TV have not working for seven days, I have allready complaint your service center, vishal Engineer told me that your picture tube is not working.

He had promised that your TV picture tube changed tuesday 26. But now he asked that seven days. i do not know that he is doing unsecary delay.

I hope you that you have geting repaired urgently basis.
