I am very sorry to inform you that I had applied for Personal Loan from your bank before 04 Months. Till date after 04 Months I have not recd insurance doucuments from your side. Before giving loan your representative told me that within 15 days you will get complete documents after your approval. I think that was a fraud call to make me a client of your loan account. So many times I had call to Customer Care for the same, but reply is only that we will send you as soon as possible. So send my complete papers so that I am able to believe in your loan account.
