Disatisfaction with Aquaguard Service

I am 9 years old customers of your Company. I have purchased 2nd Machine (Aquaguard Booster Water Purification System with In-Built Pump and e-boiling) on 30.03.2010. On 13th October early morning from your company service boy came and told me for cleaning of your new machine then he open it and clean it and install but the machine is not functioning. That time he told your machine motherboard is some problem. Then he came back to your local head office with motherboard and told me I came on 5.00Pm and install it. Then he came back and told me it is take more time to repair. After that I make telephone to your local head office but there is no reply. Unfortunately that boy came and made it. Overall I want to say your Company head that why your company do this type of service basically your service boy who came to our house for servicing, cleaning etc. See I am very serious about your service, Plese look at the matter serousely and contact me.
