Poor quality and after sales service

I happend to Invest a good amount to make my bathroom clean and good looking.

Unfortunately I got attracted to the marketing gimmicks of Hightide Buildtech International Pvt. Ltd.

I found my mistake, when their people came to do the fixing: Unskilled, non-professional workers did a poor workmanship and the fixing has to be redone twice after that. Later the sliding wheels started coming out.

One day the glass came out and broken. Normally the toughen glasses should not break easily, but I doubt it was of poor quality.

When I approached them for replace another piece of glass, they responded coldly. Finally they proposed to give me new unit which was costing me double the previous amount. To get the broken piece replaced, to which I offered them the cost, but they said it will take 6 to 8 months!

So if you are planning to get a service or product from Hightide think twice or check with another consumer.
